THICKENER 461

 

THICKENER 461 is a polyacrylate gum thickener, which finds extensive use in the thickening of natural and synthetic latexes for a wide variety of applications.  THICKENER 461 can be used to thicken styrene-butadiene, acrylonitrile, neoprene, acrylic, vinyl acetate and ethylene vinyl acetate latex compounds.  In general, this type of thickener is the most satisfactory for latexes that have an alkaline reaction, although success may be achieved in neutral or slightly acidic systems also.

 

THICKENER 461 has been used in many applications including the following:

APPLICATIONS:
