THICKENER 462

 

THICKENER 462 is a polyacrylate gum thickener, which is used to increase the viscosity of waterborne compounds in a variety of applications.  THICKENER 462 can be used to thicken styrene-butadiene, acrylonitrile, neoprene, and acrylic latex compounds.  It is also an effective thickener for ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers.

 

THICKENER 462 has been used in many applications including the following:

APPLICATIONS:

 

THICKENER 462 is recommended for use as a thickener when higher viscosity is required.  This product imparts a short, buttery rheology to compounds thickened.
