UNIBOND AC 402 is a self cross-linking acrylic copolymer emulsion. Films of UNIBOND AC 402 are very soft and are characterized by their exceptional strength versus stiffness. This polymer should be used where soft hand, strength and superior solvent resistance are required.

APPLICATIONS:
UNIBOND AC 402 is an excellent polymer when softness, strength and durability are needed. UNIBOND AC 402 finds application in textile fabric backcoatings, fabric saturation and as a non-woven binder especially where solvent resistance and soft hand are required. UNIBOND AC 402 is also used in print binder applications.
UNIBOND AC 402 is an excellent base for compounding formulations. It is compatible with many fire retardants, fillers and plasticizers.
