UNIBOND AC 405 is an acrylic emulsion designed especially for use in elastomeric wall coatings. Formulations based on this binder show outstanding exterior durability, and possess the excellent elasticity and elongation properties necessary to bridge continually moving cracks without cracking or wrinkling. Unlike many binders with exceptional elongation, UNIBOND AC 405 is soil resistant, which allows the coating to maintain its attractive appearance. Coatings based on UNIBOND AC 405 are air permeable, preventing accumulations of moisture in walls.
