UNIBOND AC 409 is a formaldehyde free acrylic copolymer emulsion. Films of UNIBOND AC 409 are firm and exhibit good resistance to discoloration. These films are also characterized by their clarity and toughness. This polymer should be used where firm hand, strength and superior aging characteristics are required.

APPLICATIONS:
UNIBOND AC 409 is an excellent polymer where hardness, strength and durability are needed. UNIBOND AC 409 finds application in paint and admix applications. It exhibits excellent alkaline resistance and does not hydrolyze. UNIBOND AC 409 is very compatible with a variety of fillers and cementacious materials. This polymer also exhibits excellent adhesion to various surfaces.
UNIBOND AC 409 exhibits superior resistance to discoloration and aging making it an excellent product for use in harsh environments or where UV resistance is required.
