Unigard 0635 is a fluoropolymer emulsion designed to impart excellent oil and water repellency on apparel, carpeting, automotive and other textile fabrics, especially synthetics. Unigard 0635 is water dispersible and will provide a finish durable to home laundering.

APPLICATION DATA:
The amounts of Unigard 0635 to be used depend on the method of application (pad, foam, exhaust) and the base fabric being treated. A wet pickup of 30 % for nylon and 70 % for cotton and polyester are recommended. Recommended drying temperature is 80-100°C and recommended curing temperature is 150-180°C.
SHIPPING AND STORAGE:
Unigard 0635 is available in 55 gallon drums. Optimum storage conditions are between –5 and 30°C (23-86°F).
